General Labor

Basic Function: Ensure all public areas, assigned offices and meeting space are

exceptional well-maintained to property standard with emphasize on public areas

of property. The primary function of the Public Area Attendant is to provide a superior level of

maintenance and cleanliness to our public area facilities.




Work Performed:

  1. Clean lobby and restaurant restrooms and restock when needed throughout shift
  2. Clean Accounting, HR, Executive offices, meeting space and restrooms
  3. Sweep and mop Dinning Room & Lounge floors
  4. Maintain the cleaning of light fixtures in Dinning Room, Lounge and bar area
  5. Check and clean windows in restaurant and lounge area as needed
  6. Clean Ladies & Men’s locker rooms, showers and restrooms
  7. Clean Employee break room
  8. Maintain pool area, ensure it is maintained at a high level of standard
  9. Clean ceiling fences in fitness center as needed
  10. Keep housekeeping storage room clean and orderly
  11. Inventory all furnishings and amenities as you are cleaning, report any missing items to Club Manager
  12. Check conference room space when meetings are scheduled and clean as necessary
  13. Responsible for following direction from immediate supervisor
  14. Recognize potential safety hazards and be able to react appropriately
  15. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other employees of Seven Canyons and affiliated companies to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to making Seven Canyons a world-class property
  16. Regularly exercise discretion and judgment when working with members and guests in order to provide an exemplary level of service
  17. Ability to work in a safe manner
  18. Must be able to be self-motivated and work independently
  19. Perform other duties as may be necessary or required
  20. Previous experience with housekeeping at a high-end property

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience. Must be comfortable communicating with members, guests and staff with Basic English. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.


Physical Requirements:

75% walking and standing

25% bending

Lifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs.

Hearing and manual dexterity

Use of cleaning solutions

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Ability to drive golf cart
